This work shows the relevance of knowing the dimensions of the organization of school management and the contributions of psychopedagogy, within the paradigmatic changes, within the paradigmatic changes, along with the inclusion process, within an analysis of the contributions of psychopedagogy in the educational process, in the face of the current pedagogical and social demands experienced by an inclusive school, seeking to understand the historicity of educational management within Brazil, the paradigmatic changes and their confrontations, as well as the relationship between the dimensions of organization and how to ensure an inclusion process within educational management. It was found that the success of any management permeates the public will to promote continued education, investing in human resources, which involves multiprofessional teams, and in complying with the laws, as well as the proper use of actions, with the support of the sciences in the appropriate referrals around the real needs of the collegiate.
