This book compiles four scientific articles relating to an overview, issues and perspectives of pedagogical leadership of teachers in PTAs, educational offerings and managerial rationality in PTAs, school success in PTAs: An analysis of teachers' perceptions of the academic performance of internally displaced learners, and finally practices for education for the environment and sustainable development (EREDD) in PTAs: management, teachers and learners. This is essentially research conducted entirely and specifically in Cameroon's PTAs, with a view to identifying certain managerial incongruities and proposing strategies that could constitute a panacea.
