This study examines the influence of educational management on the development of soft skills of resilience in teachers of the "Juan de Salinas" Educational Unit, in the Rumiñahui canton, Ecuador. Through a quantitative approach and an analysis of efficiency in educational management, the need to strengthen essential skills in teachers to face the challenges of the environment is evidenced. The research proposes to reflect on the planning, organization, management and control of educational institutions, with the aim of improving the quality of educational services and promoting greater resilience in talent.
