Óscar Jiménez Velázquez. Egresado de la Heroica Escuela Naval Militar como Ingeniero en Ciencias Navales (2001-2007). Doctor en Dirección e Innovación de Instituciones (con especialización en el área educativa), contando además con tres maestrías y dos especialidades. Siendo militar activo perteneciente a la Secretaria de Marina-Armada de México.
