This book aims to expose and discuss the interactions between researchers, teacher-researchers and decision-makers. The work carried out answers the following main initial questions: Can we talk about educational research in Gabon? Who are the educational researchers and from which Gabonese institutions do they come? Where do sponsorships come from? How does educational research relate to public action in Gabon? The corpus analyzed includes a literature review of the frameworks and missions of research institutions, a review of the scientific literature dealing with the analysis of public action, as well as accounts of the practices of researchers, directors of research institutes, coordinators, and in-service financiers. Bertaux's biographical approach and Muller's sectoral public policy analysis scheme form the basis of this qualitative study. Thus, this research experience allowed participants to express their views on sponsorships, the links between research and policy actors, and even between research and public action.
