The present research study evidences the current educational situation of a child with CHARGE Syndrome in Ecuador, motivated by the little bibliographic evidence of the educational development and reasonable adjustments that may be required for an optimal integral development. The methodology used was qualitative and descriptive, based on the functional evaluation, interview with the family and instruments that provide us with relevant information on communication, support and reasonable adjustments framed in the social model of disability. The data showed that the case study child presents a pre-intentional level of communication and multisensory needs, does not belong to an educational system, however, his family is involved in his development by applying therapeutic intervention at home with the appropriate support. An Individualized Educational Plan is proposed, contemplating goals and objectives for a period of six months, raising the possibility of educational inclusion which contemplates the needs of the child with CHARGE.
