The need for actions contained in the educational strategy that contribute to the general comprehensive training of students and professors in the topics of sexuality and gender was verified in the initial diagnosis and by the criteria of specialists. An educational strategy was elaborated for this career Sociocultural Management for Development, with a logical planning and several actions aimed at sensitizing and training students and professors on the topics of sexuality and gender.
