The irrational use of water resources has caused its scarcity at a global, national and local level, being this a vital element in the development of the planet and therefore in the life of human beings. The main objective of this work was the design of an educational strategy to promote the conservation of water resources in primary school children of the Bolivarian Educational Unit Samuel Robinson, Venezuela. After researching the antecedents on this subject, a set of theoretical and legal bases were described to support the research. In order to achieve the proposed objective, a descriptive and feasible project methodology was used, with a documentary, field and experimental design, using a questionnaire, direct observation and informal interview. The subjects that represented the population were 93 students of the second stage (5th and 6th) of primary education of the institution. Upon analyzing the results, it was concluded that the implementation of audiovisual and artisticeducational strategies promotes significant learning in the students.
