Rayhanul Islam is an Independent Researcher on Educational,Social& Youth issues.He has Master degrees in Political Science & Education at the National University and University of Dhaka respectively. He also did the Commonwealth Youth Diploma in Development Work.He contributes regularly in the leading national dailies, journals & magazines.
