He was replaced by the Big Viper, (secretly name by employees) the Acting Pharmacy Director. Atrocities of different kinds started to occur. Employees became subjected to favoritism, write-ups based on falsehood, tampered records, and escorts out from the VA by VA Police. They cannot leave or quit for they have families to feed and will also lose their pensions. Several deaths occur and one patient died due to the inefficiency and negligence of the pretty woman. The Pharmacy Supervisor is also in cahoots with the Big Viper. At the same time a very intelligent Pharmacy Technician became the president of the Union on three states, California, Nevada and Arizona. He did something in the dark and was caught and reported to the Inspector General. What was the outcome of investigation into of the Pharmacy Technician? What happened to the pretty woman and the Big Viper? Elisa became mentor to lots of subordinates in the expanse of her 25 years of service with VA Hospital where she became a Pharmacist Supervisor. She also worked for 10 years as a pharmacist on call on different Native American Indians Hospitals after her retirement. Many became professionals and several became supervisors in their respective professions. The children of these people were now in colleges following the footsteps of their parents thus producing better citizens.
