Acrylamide (ACR) is neurotoxic to experimental animals and humans. The literature on its neurotoxic effect in the mature animals is huge, but the effect of acrylamide on the immature is relatively less understood. The present study was carried out to investigate the hematological, biochemical, neurological and histopathological effects of acrylamide (15 mg/kg b.wt.) in immature and mature male and female rats as well as mature male and female rats at (50 mg/kg b. wt.). As could be shown histopathological alteration in the structures of treated liver, kidney, brain, testis and ovary which resulted following ACR administration. In conclusion, the present study showed that, acrylamide induced hematological, biochemical, neurological and histopathological disorders in the immature and mature male and female rats. So, we recommended that it must be eat a balanced diet, rich in fruits and vegetables and avoid fast or junk foods. Key
