The main purpose of the sudy was to examine the effect of International Monetary Fund and Word Bank on economic growth with application in Congo(DRC). This researchattemps firstly to determine the effect offunds gave by IMF/World Bank on economic growth of DRC and secondary the evolutiontrend in gross domestic product and funds from the bretton woods institutions. Data was mainly be derived from secondary sources. Using regression with time-series data, this research uses Gross Domestic Product as Economic Growth indicator. In the model, Gross domestic product is the endogenous variable and Bretton woods funds (study variable), Exchange rate, Gross fixed capital formation, Public expenditures and Balance of payment (control variables) are the exogenous variables. After model specification, this research uses test of sationarity because economic and financial variables are rarely the achievements of stationary process. To accomplish this, the research establishes Dickey-Fuller test and test of Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF).
