The importance of learning environment to educational development was so upheld by the authorities and regulatory institutions that school inspectors were parts and parcel of the school system before the advent of military regime in the country. One of the factors that influence academic performance is school location/site of the school.Two hundred (200) students were sampled and data generated from the field was analysed using chi-square statistical analysis. It was discovered that;there is a relationship between learning environment,school facilities, class size and the academic achievement of integrated science students in secondary schools. Based on the findings generated from this study, it was recommended that; the physical layout of the classroom should be positively encouraged as this arouses the students' interest and creativity towards learning, all hand on deck in providing a conducive and vibrant school and classroom environments for the students.
