Pratap Pandey, der Sohn von Natthu Pandey und Parbati Pandey, besuchte die Adarsha Yog Hari Higher Secondary School und die 10+2 am Goldengate International College. Im Jahr 2014 wurde er ausgewählt, um seinen Bachelor-Abschluss an der Universität für Land- und Forstwirtschaft in Nepal zu machen. Er hat auch im Rahmen des Prime Minister Agriculture Modernization Project gearbeitet.
