O Sr. Balkrishna Namdeo obteve os graus de licenciado B.Sc. (Ag.) e M.Sc. (Ag.) em Agronomia pela M.G.C.G.V, Chitrakoot, Satna, M.P. Iniciou a sua carreira profissional em 2014 como professor assistente de Agronomia em Ambaghar Chauki, Krashi Mahavidhyalay, Chhattisgarh e trabalhou recentemente como professor assistente de Agronomia na Universidade Rabindranath Tagore.
