The effect of emotional intelligence on the organizational teaching climate is a work of experiential experience in the educational field, which is based on the scientific bases: humanistic and psychological; where the dimensions of human potential, organizational design, organizational culture and psychological vulnerability are developed through a program of emotional intelligence of intrapersonal and interpersonal competence, social skills and psychological well-being that is provided to educational agents in order to offer an excellent institutional administrative management and great professional managerial usefulness.
