Teacher feedback strategy is an information activity process that is communicated to the student and aimed at modifying students' thinking or behavior in order to improve the learning outcomes. The conclusion of research result is there is difference of understanding and application of concept between group of learner who is given direct and indirect strategy. A very real difference is found in the implementation score. In the group of learners with high and low achievement motivation there is also different understanding and application of concept. A very real difference also occurs in the implementation score. The interaction between feedback strategies (direct-indirect) and achievement motivation (high-low) does not affect the understanding and application of concepts on the learning concepts. The results of this study support the findings of previous studies that informed that feedback can improve of learning outcomes.
