The main aim of the present research is study and development the bombyx mori silk fibroin films is an active biomedical for food packing, tablet coating (pharmaceutical), hologram construction (Optical devices), bio-sensors, lenses, applications and also to study the role of Gamma-ray irradiated SF films. Also to study the Gamma-ray assisted biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles for bio applications. In present investigation we mainly focused on the effects of gamma radiation on the structure, optical, thermal, chemical properties of SF films and radiation effects on the size of the formed nanoparticles, antimicrobial activity against selected gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
