Conflict is generally regarded as disagreement regarding interests or ideas. Conflict is a fact of life in any organizations as longer as people compete for jobs, resources, power, recognition and security. In addition, dealing with conflicts is a great challenge to management. Similarly, whistle blowing means calling attention to wrongdoing that is occurring within an organization. Now-a-days every organization undergoes conflicts among the employees, trade unions or even the management. Conflict up to a certain limit is good for the organization for its growth. But when conflict grows and turns into whistle blowing intention among the employees, it becomes harmful for the organization. In this book, it is shown how the two elements are corelated with each other.
