Dr. E.M. Dim is a senior lecturer in the department of Business Administration Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Igbariam Campus. She hails from Achina in Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State. She has B.Sc, PGD, MBA, MSc/Ph.D all in Business Administration. She has contributed in many journals both locally and internationally.
