Application of organics in conjunction with inorganic fertilizer recorded higher availability of macro and micronutrients compared to individual application of inorganics alone indicating the superiority of integrated nutrient management for increasing the productivity of cotton crop. Finally, it can be concluded that combined use of organics and inorganics can help not only in increasing the yield and uptake of nutrients but also in improving soil organic carbon, active carbon, microbial biomass carbon and available nutrient status and thereby increasing the nutrient supplying capacity of soil, which in turn help in sustainable cotton crop production.
