Cervical radiculopathy is a problem that is frequently encountered by physical therapists. It is defined as dysfunction of a cervical nerve root resulting in symptoms of pain in the neck and upper extremity as well as neurological signs such as dermatomal parasethesia and myotomal weakness. Neural mobilization is used for treatment of musculoskeletal disorders with neural involvement such as spinal and peripheral disorders. My name is Rania Nagy Karkoucha, lecturer of physical therapy, Basic Science department, faculty of Physical Therapy, Cairo University; manger of medical and human sciences unit.
