Combined application vermicompost and soil application of jeevamrutha recorded higher biometric observations viz., plant height (90.16 and 95.38 cm at harvest), number of branches (31.50 and 35.36 at harvest), leaf area (945.50 and 985.60 cm2 plant-1 at 90 DAT), total dry matter accumulation (35.33 and 39.73 g plant-1), higher number of fruits (100.24 and 110.32), fruit weight (318.08 and 343.16 g plant-1) and fruit length (11.34 and 11.91 cm) as compared to application of FYM and NCOF-decomposers viz., plant height (60.03 and 62.78 cm at harvest), number of branches (20.97 and 23.04 at harvest), leaf area (637.12 and 657.83 cm2 plant-1 at 90 DAT), total dry matter accumulation (23.52 and 39.73 g plant-1), higher number of fruits (66.74 and 72.61), fruit weight (211.79 and 223.55 g plant-1) and fruit length (7.64 and 7.95 cm) during both the kharif, 2017 and 2018, respectively.
