Self confidence is very important in now a days without self confidence a person cant do anything. Pranakarshan Pranayama is very effective. I worked on Pranakarshan pranayama past 3 years. It is very effective. I am also doing a Research Project funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST) India entitled "A Pilot Study to see Effect of Gayatri mantra and Pranayama in terms of Inflammatory Markers in hospitalized Covid- 19 patients". I also have already passed the UGC University Grant Commission National Eligibility Test (NET) in the subject of Yoga in 2018.
