1- This work is interested study preparation and properties of ferroelectric and ceramic materials undergo the perovskite group. 2- The preparation conditions can classified into two groups: a- Effect of sintering time(2,4,8,12,16 and 20h) and sintering temperature(1170,1200, 1230 and 1260 C). b-Influence of transition elements such as [Fe-Cr](0,0.01,0.02,0.025,0.03 and 0.035). 2- Ferroelectric properties can classified into[ Dielectric constant, Deby relaxation time, Activation energy, Curie Weiss constant and spontaneous polarization]. 3- The increase in sintering time and sintering temperature optimum the crystal structure and ferroelectric properties of ceramic materials. 4- Concentration of Fe and Cr optimum the ferroelectric properties up to suitable value, then it observed inverse behavior. 5- The structure properties of ceramic materials are discussed in this work such as grain size, particle size and grain bouandry which determined from X-ray diffraction and Scanning electron microscope.
