Citrus is considered to be one of the world's most common popular and favorite fruit. In Egypt, (420333.6 feddans "one feddan = 0.42ha") (more than 39% from total fruit area) are planted with citrus trees. The production of citrus in Egypt was increased to 3980151 tonnes in 2012 (FAO, Statistics 2015). Thus, Egypt is considered to be one of the ten largest producers of citrus in the world. Therefore, strenuous efforts have always been exerted for increasing the production of citrus through a better understanding of its reaction to environment and mineral nutrition. This study aimed to investigate the influence of foliar application with citric acid (CA), ascorbic acid (AA), the mixture of macro and micronutrients on vegetative growth, yield aspects and fruit quality of Washington navel orange trees budded on sour orange rootstock.
