The experiment to evaluate the replacement of Soybean meal (SBM) by Extruded Full-fat soybean meal (FF) or Extruded Express soybean meal (EXP) and its supplementation with or without enzyme (Avizyme). A total number of 630 unsexed one day-old Arbor-Acres, chicks were individually wing-banded, weighed and randomly distributed into 10 equal groups. An experimental corn-soybean meal starter-grower and finisher basal diets were formulated (21% CP & 2988 Kcal ME/Kg diet, at starter-grower and 19% CP & 3083 Kcal ME/Kg diet at finisher). Starting-growing period (1-4 wk), finisher period (5-6 wk). The levels of replacement were 30%, 70% of FF or EXP. The main results can be summarized as follows: 1)The birds were fed control or 70% EXP showed heavier BW, more BWG and performed more GR than other treatments during the growing period (first 4 weeks). 2)The results of FI showed no significant differences between soybean sources and levels treatments. 3)The best FCR was obtained by feeding the control diet, followed by feeding FF and EXP containing diets, respectively 4)5) At 4 weeks of age, birds fed diets containing 70% EXP had significantly higher Hb concentration than those fed other di
