A field experiment was conducted during rabi season of 2010-11 at College Farm, Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari to study "Effect of spacing and nutrient management on sunnhemp (Crotalaria juncea L.) seed production under south Gujarat condition". The soil of the experiment field was clayey in texture, low in available nitrogen (186.00 kg ha-1), medium in available phosphorus (31.20 kg ha-1) and fairly rich in available potassium (348.00 kg ha-1) with 7.8 pH. Sixteen treatment combinations consisting of two levels of row spacing i.e., S1: 45 cm and S2: 60 cm, two levels of inorganic fertilizers viz., 75 per cent RDF (F1) and 100 per cent RDF (F2) and four levels of biofertilizer viz., No biofertilizer (B0), Rhizobium (B1), Phosphate solubilizing bacteria (B2) and Rhizobium + Phosphate solubilizing bacteria (B3) were evaluated in split-split plot design with three replications. Recommended dose of fertilizer (RDF) was 25: 50: 00 NPK kgha-1.
