In the present study, effect of SS and recycled aggregate (RA) have been used to replace cement and natural aggregate respectively. Cement was replaced with SS by 0%, 5%, 7.5%, 10% and 15%. Effect of replacement of cement by SS was studied on consistency, IST and FST and compressive strength of cement. Also, effect of replacement of cement and natural aggregate by SS and RA (50%) on fresh and hardened properties of concrete (M25, M40) was investigated experimentally.
