This work aims at examining and studying the effect of containers on the bioload of different water samples. The research was done under batch culture condition. This batch condition means that no water was added, no nutrient through out the research period. This batch culture condition helped in staving the microbes. At the end , there were bioload reduction, but plastic recorded highest reduction. Statistical analysis by Anova shows actually that container really affected the bioload of the water samples. He obtained B.Sc in Microbiology at Imo State University (2002). He obtained his post graduate degree (M.Sc) at F.U.T.O in 2012. He has obtained several experiences in research and teaching.
