Humans want a better working environment and aspire to work in a better working environment, and this in turn motivated them to perform better in their respective fields. Working environment plays a critical role to boost employees' performance. Therefore, due attention has to be given for better working environment seeing its contribution for the overall performance of employees in particular, and the company's success in general. Causes for a substantial amount of employees' turnover are associated with bad working environment.
