A previous theorization and subsequent exploration and analysis of a sample of publications in Spanish that work on communication tools and strategies in crisis situations will be carried out. The search for publications and protocols will be explored by means of different descriptors in open access databases, in order to serve as a guide against the proposed path to date of the chosen topic.
