Prof. Wilson Okaka ist ein ugandischer Akademiker, der Hochschulabsolventen, Studenten und Nachwuchswissenschaftler unterrichtet, berät und betreut. Er arbeitet mit der UNAS (Makerere University) zusammen und wurde in den Uganda Top Scientists' Index, African Climate Change Experts Profile, African Scientists' Directory; Kyambogo University scholars aufgenommen.
