Action research is a reiterative cycle of diagnosis, planning, action taking, research on the effects of the action taken, and reevaluation of the underlying assumptions, goals, and plans in light of what was discovered. This cyclical process was used to determine changes and impacts of interventions in the identified areas requiring such interventions in the Adventist University of central Africa AUCA). Corporate strategy intervention is the way AUCA would like to create value through governance and coordination of its resources and business activities. It consists of activities to be implemented to improve the five areas of AUCA towards effective performance: Marketing and innovation, Development and strategic management, Public relation and community liaison, Monitoring and evaluation, and Recruitment and alumni. After 28 years of loyal service to this institution, the author offers his modest contribution, which, if judiciously followed, can be useful to the progress of AUCA.We hope that this would create a more effective and efficient organization that will, consequently, provide higher-quality education, increase profitability, improve the work environment, and support management in its leadership role.
