The central theoretical argument of this book is that in the light of the Scriptures, children as God's creation in His image with unlimited gifts should be well nurtured to be what God intended of them. More so, the fact that God reigns and rules over all beings invalidate their mistreatment and abuse. Views on children's rights according to the biblical message assert that children are human beings created in God's image, with covenanted relationship with God, indiscriminate grace and gifts of the Holy Spirit. They are people who share in the redemptive work of Christ and are alongside adults solemnly awaiting the Second Advent of the Lord Jesus Christ. With these, the book stresses that children should be well parented to be good family and Church members and patriotic citizens of the country.
