Salene J. Cowher, Ph.D., N.C.C., L.P.C. has over thirty years in the helping professions; more than fifteen of which were spent as project director of grant-funded programs dealing with special needs students, displaced homemakers, single parents, rural students, displaced workers, and minorities. She has authored or collaborated on grant proposals that have been funded for millions of dollars. She possesses doctoral-level training in program development and has served on many administrative and planning-oriented professional positions at the local, state, national, and international levels. Larry S. Dickson, M.A., L.P.C., N.C.C., possesses over twenty years of experience in the helping professions. He is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) working as a therapist at the Mind Body Wellness Center and as the clinical director of Bethesda Children's Home in a rural community in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Additionally, Dickson is currently involved in research projects, consultation, and professional training.
