School governance is not static. It depends on ever-changing political, administrative, economic and social situations. Therefore, any reform or study within this framework requires a new approach to school management. Depending on the practices of the actors involved, things can either improve or deteriorate. On this basis, this research "Effective School Management Practices" was undertaken with the aim of seeing how, on the one hand, to improve school management practices, to analyze the administrative (e.g., principals' skills, management of educational services, etc.) and pedagogical (e.g., curriculum planning and coordination, teacher training and subject knowledge, school culture, etc.) factors influencing school effectiveness; and on the other hand, to understand the business aspects. The analysis of the data and our participant observation experiences allowed us to verify the hypotheses and make recommendations to school managers. To this end, a document analysis grid was developed for data collection and processing.
