Technology integration into the curriculum and instruction is a prerequisite in teacher education. The purpose of this study was to investigate effective use of e-learning in Mathematics Instruction in Public Primary Teacher Training Colleges in Kenya. The objectives of this study were to establish: the ICT skills and utilization levels of e-learning among lecturers and students in Mathematics Instruction; relationship between adoption of e-learning among lecturers and their personal traits; relationship between adoption of e-learning and attitudes of lecturers and students in Mathematics Instruction and factors that influence adoption of e-learning in Mathematics Instruction.
