For many couples, the problem of infertility diagnosis and treatment is one of life's stressful circumstances that often prompt some couples to result to behavioural problems such as anxiety, depression, hopelessness or other forms of psycho-social problems; for this reason, professional counsellors need to put in place services using cognitive restructuring and brainstorming techniques in counselling women with infertility challenges. The author carefully researched into effectiveness of counselling techniques in managing such challenges.
