This research conducted to investigate the effectiveness of headmasters' transformational leadership behaviour on teachers' sense of efficacy in under-enrolled primary schools of Port Dickson district. Headmaster as the head of a school and headmasters transformational leadership behaviour are important in school management. There are four dimensions in Headmasters' transformational leadership behaviour such as headmasters' inspirational (HMIM), headmasters' intellectual stimulation (HMIS), headmasters' idealized influence (HMII) and headmasters' individualized consideration (HMIC). While there are three dimensions in teachers' sense of efficacy includes student engagement (SE), instructional strategies (INSG) and classroom management (CM). Headmasters' transformational leadership is the most suitable leadership which enable to enhance teachers' sense of efficacy and indirectly students' achievement will increase. The quantitative method which is a set of the questionnaire used in conducting this research. The questionnaire is adopted and adapted from the MLQ5x (Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire) and TSES (Teacher Sense of Efficacy).
