The initial aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the outsourced information system within the Ministry of Labour. As the government is the first office that govern and supplies the nation needs through the Prime Minister office they felt a need to accelerate the services to the public. They introduced the initiative of meeting this by outsourcing information systems where capacity to carry out within the government itself does not exist.Than outsourcing of information system within the government was introduced. This study is based on a governmental organization as a case study, namely Ministry of Labour.
