GOLBE Toussaint was born on 1 November 1991 in Moulkou/Bongor. He holds a degree in regional planning from the University of Ati and a DIPES1 in geography from the Ecole Normale Supérieure in N'Djamena. He currently holds a Master's degree in development geography.
