Autor

Lisimba Arthur was born in 1968 in Vihiga County, Kenya. Schooled at Chandumba Primary School,Mbale High School and University Of Nairobi where he attained a bachelors Degree in education arts and Masters Degree in comparative education and international studies. Currently he is a PhD student. He is married and father of four children.
