The existence of this S - System necessitates the need for the Administrative System (A - System), whose task of creating and maintaining an environment for performance is very vital. Here, the Management activities are reflected. The way and manner of the relationship between the Management and Labor has untold effect on the achievement of T - System, which yields the output. Therate of output per unit time is known as productivity. The total output divided by the amount of Labor used to produce it is called The Rate of Labor Productivity.
