The findings of the study revealed that there was a positive significant relationship between organizational politics and employee job satisfaction and job commitment. The implication of this significance is that employees tend to be satisfied and committed to their jobs when they are able to play along successfully with the prevailing organizational politics in the organization. Based on the results obtained from the study, it was recommended among others that employees should endeavour to understand and respond strategically to the general political behavior in their organizations to maximize their job satisfaction.
