Strategic planning act as management tool that continually and systematically evaluate a business, identify its long-term goals and quantifiable objectives, develops a plan to implement, monitor performance, allocated resources, redefine the plan where need be, to ensure the organizational members work towards the defined goals in changing environment towards organizational growth. This study's main objective was to investigate the effects of strategic planning activities on organizational growth. Issues had been raised by employees that the planning process tended to be inflexible and rigid since it operated in changing environment and poor adaptation to changing environment usually affected organization adversely. They perceived strategic planning process being unrealistic separated with actions which hindered growth, thus strategies not linked with actions. The study therefore sought to analyze the effects of strategic planning on organization growth. The specific objectives of the study was to establish the effect of setting objectives, budgetary allocations, organization structure and performance review on organization growth. Descriptive research design was used.
