This book is based on the findings of a study carried out in private secondary schools in Tanga, Tanzania. Participants were purposefully selected from seven private schools. Mr.Moshi Goodluck Jacob was awarded Bachelor of Education(BED) in 2008,and has worked as a director of students and also a tutor of English and ICT in Tanzania.His research areas of interests is mainly on Leadership,Management and Organisation performance.Mr.Moshi Currently he is a postgraduate student at Nanjing Normal University in Jiangsu,China.
