The study on efficacy of iron rich cereal based laddu on hemoglobin status of adolescent girls was has and positive impact on adolescent girls. The developed product was accepted and rated very for the anaemic girls.It indicates that by giving the supplementation of laddu, lemon juice and IFA long with nutrition education has helped in increasing of hemoglobin levels. As well as by giving nutrition education on anaemia and its prevalence and dietary guidelines the anaemic adolescent were improved their Hb levels and healthy dietary habits.
