The maximum force that a muscle or muscle group can generate depends on the length of that muscle. The change in torque as a result of change in length is well documented and is referred as length-tension relationship. In the present study De Lorme's strengthening exercises on three elbow angles i.e. 150°, 120ª and 90° showed significant increase in wrist extensor Peak torque and Grip strength, however 90° angle was found to be more beneficial.
