The paper presents data on the optimization of conditions for producing enzymatic organic fertilizer "Microzyme-1" of heterogeneous composition (enzymes, antibiotics, phytohormones) in semi-productive conditions and the development of the production technology of the preparation using cheap and available substrates. Optimization of nutrient medium composition (using available substrates and salts) and conditions of cultivation of fungi making part of "Microzyme-1" in laboratory conditions with the purpose of developing the regulations of semi-industrial preparation of enzymatic active fluids, study of growth and development dynamics and the stages of maximum accumulation of hydrolytic enzymes, antibiotics and phytohormones by selected microbial producers making part of the preparation on optimized medium and conditions were carried out. The growth and development of selected microorganisms on selected media and under optimized conditions were studied in the dynamics of their cultivation, the development of laboratory regulations for the cultivation of Streptomyces sp. 165 and Aspergillus oryzae. The laboratory regulations and conditions of drug production using semi-industrial fermenters were scaled up.
